Pre-assembled sauna kits, feature efficient thermal insulation and a steam trap, ensuring that heat and moisture remain where they belong. The boards are tongued and grooved, while the frames are secured with glued mortise and tenon joints to ensure that your sauna - and the pleasure it gives to you - will stand the test of time.
The boards are rigidly secured to the solid wood frames under high pressure with sophisticated joints, a method of construction for which we have applied for a patent. The ceiling is also made of finger-jointed boards. A combination of attention to detail in design and skilled craftsmanship ensures that Klafs Solid Wood Saunas exceptionally strong and efficiently sealed, will not warp and need no subsequent re-cramping. |
